CHESTNUTS:
- 2 cups cooked chestnuts
- 3 shallots
- 2 tsp. Saltverk Lava Salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
While a pan is warming over medium heat, peel and slice shallots. Once pan is hot, pan fry the chestnuts and shallots in the olive oil until the chestnuts are a slightly golden color. Once cooked, sprinkle with Saltverk Lava Salt to season.
